Common questions
The scanner isn't reading my ticket. Lay the ticket flat in good light and hold your phone 10–12 inches away — the scanner crops in automatically. Faded or crumpled tickets usually still read; you can correct any line by tapping it on the review screen before saving.
A result looks wrong. Results come from public lottery data and automated ticket reading, and either can occasionally err. Always verify winning tickets with your state lottery before discarding them — then email us so we can investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → your profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and every saved ticket.
