Delete your account

You can delete your Jackpot Genius account at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile and every saved ticket, and it cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Jackpot Genius and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

That is the whole process. Your account, profile, and all saved tickets are deleted immediately.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can no longer sign in, email support@haretriggerproductions.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What about subscriptions?

Pro subscriptions are billed by the App Store, so deleting your account does not cancel one. On your iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions and cancel there.

For what the app collects and how it is handled, see the Privacy Policy. Ticket photos never leave your device, so there is nothing to delete on our side beyond your profile and saved tickets.
